Who Are We?
The mission of the Audio/Video Ministry is to deliver audio and video to our closed circuit monitoring system throughout the church campus. In addition to supporting the three regularly scheduled Sunday services and the Tuesday Night Prayer Meeting, the Audio/Video Ministry supports many special music concerts and seasonal drama presentations.
Eligibility to Volunteer
In order to serve in this ministry, you must be a member of the Brooklyn Tabernacle. Some technical knowledge of operating video cameras and other audio and/or video equipment may be necessary.
Activities & Functions
Monitor live audio feeds sent to video. Experienced audio personnel may be considered to provide some live mixing. Audio Editors.
Roles include: Video Directors, Camera Operators, Video Playback and Lighting Operators
There are many opportunities in the A/V Ministry based on experience and growth.
Frequency of Service
The Audio / Video Ministry volunteers will work 3 out of 4 times per month on Sundays as well a rotation of workers on Tuesdays. Some volunteers may also be called upon to commit to additional time for special events.
Length of Commitment
All Audio / Video Ministry volunteers are asked to make a one-year commitment to the ministry.
Knowledge of audio and/or video systems and operation would be a tremendous asset to this ministry.
